Company: FatCatWebHost.com
Website: fatcatwebhost.com

Important: This Terms of Service template is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice. You should consult an attorney to ensure compliance with applicable laws and your specific business practices.

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to FatCatWebHost.com (“FatCat Web Host,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any services provided by FatCatWebHost.com — including web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, email hosting, or related services (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate and current account information. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

3. Services Provided

FatCatWebHost.com provides web hosting and related internet infrastructure services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, adjust pricing with notice, upgrade infrastructure as needed, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining secure login credentials, all activity under your account, and keeping billing and contact information accurate and up to date. FatCatWebHost.com is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use our Services for:

  • Illegal activities under applicable law
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or email abuse
  • Phishing, impersonation, or fraud
  • Hosting malware, ransomware, or malicious code
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated material
  • Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
  • Cryptocurrency mining (unless explicitly permitted in writing)
  • Activities that degrade shared server performance or threaten security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, with or without notice, for violations or suspected violations.

6. Resource Usage (Shared Hosting)

Shared hosting accounts are subject to reasonable use limits. Accounts may not use excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth, run persistent background processes/daemons, host large file repositories unrelated to website content, or operate file-sharing services (including torrents). If resource usage negatively impacts other customers, we may throttle the account, require an upgrade, or suspend service.

7. Payments & Billing

All Services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are due on or before the invoice due date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions may result in immediate termination and/or refusal of future service. You authorize FatCatWebHost.com to automatically charge the payment method on file for recurring services, where enabled.

8. Refund Policy

If a money-back guarantee is advertised for a Service, it applies only to the covered Service and only under the advertised conditions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, refunds do not apply to:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, redemption fees, or restoration fees
  • SSL certificates
  • VPS or dedicated servers
  • Setup fees
  • Third-party licenses or add-ons
  • Accounts terminated for Terms violations

Refund Window (if applicable): [e.g., 30 days for new shared hosting accounts]

9. Domain Registration

Domain services are subject to ICANN policies and the rules of the applicable registry/registrar. You are responsible for ensuring timely renewals and accurate WHOIS/contact information. FatCatWebHost.com is not responsible for domain expiration due to non-payment, redemption fees, registry/registrar outages, or domain disputes.

10. Backups & Data Responsibility

While we may perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, backup failure, or restoration issues. Data integrity remains the customer’s responsibility.

11. Uptime & Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by network outages, DDoS attacks, third-party provider failures, hardware failures, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control. If an uptime guarantee is offered, it will be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), if applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatCatWebHost.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FatCatWebHost.com, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services if payment is overdue, these Terms are violated, your activity poses a security or infrastructure risk, or we are required to do so by law. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
